McMUN 2025 Awards Policies

At McMUN 2025, the following awards will be given out:

• Best Delegate

• Outstanding Delegate

• Honourable Mention

• Verbal Commendation

For the criteria for these awards, please consult the delegate handbook.

For delegation awards, we will be giving out the following:

• Outstanding Small Delegation

• Best Small Delegation

• Outstanding Large Delegation

• Best Large Delegation

At McMUN 2025, a small delegation has 6-11 delegates, while a large delegation has 12 or more delegates. This was calculated based on the median number of participants per delegation. In calculating the delegation awards, points will be attributed to each type of award (Best = 5, Outstanding = 4, Honourable 3, Verbal = 2). The total number of points in a delegation will then be divided by the number of delegates registered, in order to get the delegation score. The two highest scores for small and large delegations will receive the delegation awards.
